Programs:
Sunday Morning Worship
Sunday morning consists of a worship service from 10:00 - 11:00, followed by Christian Education classes for all ages from 11:00 - 12:00 noon.
The worship service attempts to provide a relevant and meaningful worship experience for all ages. Music is an important aspect of the Mennonite Church and therefore, music groups from within as well as outside PMC are a regular feature presentation.

meeting after Church (11:00 am) every Sunday in the Kitchen for coffee and discussion of the weeks events
ESL (English as a Second Language)
several Wednesday mornings for those who choose to become more fluent in the English language

Sound System Committee
Run/ operate sound system for all service events and make tapes for shut-ins.
Church Council
Functions in an administrative role as an overseeing many of the activities in our church programs. it serves as a vehicle for bringing recommendations and concerns from program committees to the congregation.
Fundraiser Committee
This ad committee do the initial "every home canvass" in 1995 to raise funds for the new addition for the Church. Since then we look after mortgage arrangements and oversee/ coordinate fund raising activities. The committee will be disbanded when the mortgage is fully paid.
Historian Committee
Preserve historically/significant records, tapes, photographs and artifacts within the life of the church.
Deposit congregational records to the Mennonite Archives of Ontario in Waterloo, Ontario.
Maintain a current record of congregational membership, births, deaths and marriages.
Attend congregational Historians workshops.
Make brief presentations when called to.
Encourage members to donate personal artifacts & photos of congregational life.
Senior Sunday School Superintendent
Coordinate the Senior Sunday School program by choosing the material and seeking discussion leaders for our four classes.
Sunday School Secretary
Order the Sunday School material needed for the teachers and the students.
Food Committee
At Poole we are responsible to prepare coffee, tea and cold drinks. Look after the food at church events like potlucks, order food and prepare it for funerals, set up table and chairs.

If you are looking for fun and exciting things to do with youth, this is the place... from service projects, to camping weekends, Bible studies, bowling, roller skating, the list can be endless!
Summer Bible School
Work with VBS director in setting up & dismantling props/furniture/equipment required for the week long program.
WMCEC Committee
A group of woman who meet monthly to complete mission and service projects such as quilting, knotting comforter, hosting Birthday parties at local nursing homes...etc. ; to study the Bible & to fellowship together.
Missions Committee
To keep our congregation informed of missionary activities & opportunities of the Mennonite church both locally & abroad.
To sponsor and/or coordinate local mission initiatives , to care & support, fundraise for special projects.
Junior Sunday School Superintendent
We are currently using the Jubilee curriculum to provide Christian education for children aged 3-14. We meet for one hour every Sunday mornings from September to June at 11am. This hour includes Bible stories, singing and crafts. At this time we have seven classes with an enrollment of 47 children.
Girl's Club
This is a club for girls from grades 3-8 to come to meet, work and play together. We encourage interaction between the girls, making lasting friendships and growing together towards God. We meet once a month to do crafts, service projects, roller-skating, campouts and fun activities.
Boy's Club Sponsors
Is an organization for boys ages 8-14. We welcome boys from the Church and community to our monthly activities. Some events planned including hiking, fishing, tobogganing, movie night, sports activities and crafts.
Gift Discernment Committee
To prepare an annual slate of volunteers willing to serve the congregation on various committee's.
Summer Bible School (Director)
Summer Bible School is held every morning for 1 week in early July. It is an outreach for community children as well as the congregational children to teach them about the Bible through drama, singing, crafts and play.
Library Committee
The function of the library committee is to organize and operate the library, to purchase books and other resources, to promote reading for the enjoyment of Church Members.
Stewardship Committee
To prepare and promote an annual
budget as required per conference guideline and congregational needs
determined, in part by the requests of congregational committees.
To assist the work of the treasurer, A.M. fire and Storm Aid union
and Mennonite Benefit Association Representative.
Music Coordinator

Schedule pianist & song leaders ; encourage occasional special music items
Trustee Board
Our main function is the care and up keep of the physical property of the church. We make sure the grass gets cut, snow cleared and the furnace works and any repairs that are made.
